“Calm down.”

“You’re being dramatic.”

“You care too much.”

“Why are you still upset about that?”

And after a while, you start to wonder if they’re right.

If maybe your feelings are too loud.

If your emotions take up too much space.

If you should keep it all inside.


So you bottle it.

Pack it down.

Smile when you don’t feel like it.

Nod instead of scream.


Until one day, you find this quiet little space —

and you drop it.


One truth. One sentence. One confession you’ve never said out loud.

And someone sends back a 🧠 or a 🫠 or a ✨…


And just like that, you realize:

You were never too much.

You were just full.
