Nobody Knew I Felt This Way

I was the funny one.

The strong one.

The one who gave advice, made jokes, kept it all together.

Nobody knew what I was actually carrying.

Nobody asked.

And honestly… I don’t think I would’ve told them if they did.

But one night, I typed it out @FreeTo.Chat.

No filter. No plan. Just me and the truth.

And somehow, that one drop changed everything.

Not because it fixed me.

But because it reminded me I’m allowed to feel — even if I never say it out loud again.
